This has been one of the most trying times of my life. I go in and out of losing the will to move on, to carry forward. But last night I had a dream that I wanted to live in these brand new apartments that were just built in Coney Island. No such apartments were built, but in my dream they were floor to ceiling windows and you had a view of the ocean and beach below and that feeling of the beach and summer was so prevalent in the dream, it reminded me of happiness. I am hoping that reminder becomes reality. Please share your stories with me and maybe we can help one another. What are you going through? How do you deal with it?
Whenever something happens in my life, my Mother tells me that nothing happens without God willing it. I want to believe so much that there is a plan, that God has set my destiny and there was nothing more or less I could have done. Do you feel the presence of God in your life?
The state of our union will always be strong! – President Barack Obama
President Obama last night delivered his 3rd State of the Union address. I cannot help but he kind of excited by it. I feel that he did a good job of making us feel united and that America can achieve again. I know that it is election year and this is what he is supposed to do, but I really was called to action, so to speak, by the speech. Someone believes in me, the President of the United States, nonetheless! America needs me to help make the country great again! And America needs you! What are you trying to accomplish on a personal level that will look great to others countries when they know an American did it?
Regarding other notes, Gabrielle Giffords is a survivor, a hero and regardless of her political beliefs, she has become an American to look up to.
Michelle Obama looked like pure class as always. For those who aren’t American reading this and don’t understand, we love our First Lady.
What did you think about the State Of The Union Address? Did anything in particular stand out for you?
Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
